you know, given that there are at least three other mcninjas still alive in the world, and that two of them are mitzi and dan, i really don't think ronald thought this marketing move through very far.

I realize the prequel comic is sort of half-canon, but back then, only Doc cared that McBonalds was doing the McNinja Burger. So it's entirely possible Dan and Mitzi just don't give a crap about some stupid burger.
