I'm betting that it will appear in front of Sean, and he'll start babbling to the other two about how he saw a goat-dragon thing being ridden by a samurai, and Gordito and Dan will both go "That's what I saw!" at the same time.

Also, the last time I can remember seeing the police were way back in the beginning of Monster Mart.

To paraphrase the alt-text, he was willing to accept ninjas, zombies and a Paul Bunyan (not to mention his blue ox Babe) in real life but he couldn't deal with seeing a velociraptor?

Anyone else think the "Base" rule for Dr. McNinja that allows him to be cleared of any suspicion may have originated from this rule? I mean, if he's involved then he probably is doing something too weird for the cops to be dealing with.

I could argue that the "Base" rule came first. Doc was dealing with just whatever came up, but having to avoid cops all the time. Then they worked out the deal where he gets to call "Base" and get off scot-free. After that, the town rules were changed so that cops no longer had to deal with those things at all, since the Mayor's job would be to get McNinja to deal with it for them.

Convoluted? Perhaps, but that's how I like my comic book continuity!

Well, obviously, velociraptors are weirder. I mean, dinosaurs are supposed to be extinct. But ninjas are real, zombies gather in large numbers and Paul Bunyan is like any other lumberhack, only big.

Also, is it bad that I'm still heartbroken over AstroNerd?
