Hmm, King Radical approves of the plan, but will he allow them to continue on anyway, seeing as it interferes with his own plan? I personally think shooting a missile at a scout ship with dinosaurs in it is more radical than blowing up an orphanage, but we don't really know all the details of said orphanage-destroying plan.
