August 2010 Discussion

Remember when your parents told you your dog got sent to a farm? This is that farm, except it's full of old monthly discussion threads.

Chuck is obviously BORN in the future, trained as a chrononaut and sent back to avert some sort of insane disaster, when Doc stopped the zombies a NEW threat to the future, which the zombies prevented from happening somehow occurred causing Chuck-2 to have to come to the past to stop it but no matter what happens, there is ALWAYS a Chuck Goodrich being strapped into a time suit and thrown back in time, most probably overshoot the mark by a ways but some hit close enough to be useful but ALL are insanely paranoid about their particular future coming into being.

Mad props to fjolnir for calling this one.

Meeting past and future selves has to get tedious after a while. Keeping track of who knows what from where and when... it's just all so exhausting.

And is Chuck-Prime (the better ground beef Mayor, ha ha) sending his parallel duplicates back to the future once their mission is done? Or just having them move out of town?
It always starts the same way. I am in the garden airing my terrapin Jetta when he walks past my gate, that mysterious man in black and white.

He relocates them to strategic locations across the country, has them assume new identities, and then become the mayors of various towns, so there will be an army of Chuck Goodrichs across the nation, prepared for any possible catastrophe.
Remember our bargain, wizard.
