mmm shouldn't doc have been the one to pronounce the bad guy dead? he is the doctor... well i seriously enjoyed that crossover and was really sad to see it end it was nice
Ok two penguins are in a bath, one penguin turns to the other and says, "pass the soap." The other says "No soap, radio!" hahaha...you got the joke right?
I wish the entire crossover was like those last two pages. That's what I came here to see. I especially love the Doc's reaction to Axe Cop's insane un-logic involving decapitation. Up until that point, it was more like an issue of Axe Cop where the Doc was a character, rather than a story where the two characters' conflicting styles actually meet.
I'm really not sure why people are displeased with this crossover. I took the time to familiarize myself with Axe Cop before the crossover started, so the crossover itself wasn't really a big shift from what I was expecting. I'm not sure how the writing process played out, but I can see bits of classic Mcninja mixed in with classic Axe Cop. That's...really all I was expecting.
G: Like helplessness experiments. That's the biggest problem in zombie apocalypses. People who survive will always eventually come to question why they bother. Seamus: The biggest problem in zombie apocalypses is poor planning and not enough ammo.
I have to say it was pretty enjoyable! While it wasn't as action packed as either McNinja or Axe Cop on their own story arcs, it was most likely due to the relatively small timeframe to develop the crossover arc. Would totally love another (perhaps a touch longer) crossover!
I also enjoyed it; I liked watching the two artists ape each others' styles.
And welcome, ThatsGobbles!
It always starts the same way. I am in the garden airing my terrapin Jetta when he walks past my gate, that mysterious man in black and white. 'Hello Doctor,' I say. 'What are you doing in Dusseldorf?'
